TrustedFencePros.com is a free lead-matching service that connects consumers seeking fence installation services with licensed, pre-screened fence installation contractors ("Partner Companies"). We do not install fences ourselves and are not a party to any agreement between you and a Partner Company.
The Site is provided at no cost to homeowners and property owners. Submitting a quote request creates no obligation to hire any contractor. You are free to compare quotes and choose the contractor that best fits your needs.
By submitting a quote request, you expressly consent to be contacted by our Partner Companies via phone, text message, or email regarding the fencing services you requested. This contact may include automated or pre-recorded messages. You may opt out of further contact from any specific contractor at any time by informing them directly.
The personal information you provide — including your name, phone number, ZIP code, and project details — will be shared with Partner Companies in our network for the sole purpose of preparing and delivering fence installation quotes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a quote request. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your request being disqualified.
While we vet all Partner Companies, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any work performed by them. Any contract for services is strictly between you and the contractor you choose. We encourage you to verify contractor credentials, obtain written contracts, and review all quotes carefully before making a decision.
TrustedFencePros.com is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, the quotes you receive, or any work performed by a Partner Company. Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of TrustedFencePros.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.

You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change.

We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.
By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.
Though MountainView Development and Marketing will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
